Upcoming Events
Stress Less events and activities are run periodically throughout the year. In 2008 Stress Less events will be held in the final weeks of Semester One as part of the Guild Welfare Department's Survival Week, and during Mental Health Week in Semester Two. Activities at these events include Pitstop (free brief health assessments), chocolate wheel quizzes, soup kitchen, free massages, popcorn and juggling. Plus lots of prizes to be won including stress balls and food vouchers! Keep an eye on this page for more details in 2008!
